1.准备材料。

2.这是芝士。

3.玉米粒放入沸水中烫一会,捞出。

4.虾仁放入水中烫一分钟。

5.重新换水烧开,豆角烫一分钟,捞出。

6.烫蔬菜和虾仁的过程中把胡萝卜和蘑菇切成丁。

7.换水,下蘑菇丁烫一分钟。

8.把烫过的豆角切成小段(忽略旁边的胡萝卜吧)。

9.把锅烧热,下少量油,倒入胡萝卜丁翻炒。

10.倒入玉米粒和蘑菇丁翻炒。

11.倒少许盐调味。

12.下切好的豆角,翻炒均匀。

13.倒入虾仁炒香。

16.马苏里拉奶酪切成小丁,加到饭里,用小勺子拌匀。

17.铺上芝士片,放入预热好的烤箱里。

18.芝士化了就可以了。
小窍门&温馨提示
我用的都是冷冻蔬菜,所以需要事先烫过,如果是新鲜蔬菜就不需要了,不过豆角要炒熟哦。
